Kyle McGovern & Ben Anglin were awesome to work with. Great communication through out our buying process. We did have to wait for about 8weeks for the 26’ Grand Highlander but it was worth it. Thank you Jamie and all the staff at Toyota of Easley for fixing my 4 Runner. The tire pressure sensor was on and I thought it was low in air. Turns out there was a screw in the tire. The service team put a patch on the tire and got me back on the road in about an hour. Thanks again.

The work was performed as specified. The time line was way off. I waited 9 hours for what was supposed to be a 6 hour job. And the service writer was slack in keeping me informed. They could have done much better letting me know what was going on. No excuse to just let someone wait and wait with no explanation.

Toyota of Easley has always had good service That’s why I have purchased 4 cars from them. The service people are courteous, friendly, and kind. They are as concerned as you are that your car isn’t working good and needs service, sorta like going to the doctor. I’ve heard people say “it’s just a car, it gets me from one place to another.” Not me, I love my car.

This dealership services a lot of cars, and they are completing some construction to improve and accommodate even more. They are currently working on the waiting room, so they are improving that, too. They have some vending machines, some free (room temp) water and maybe some coffee. The service is thorough and includes a video review of your car. But unlike a some dealerships around, your car will not get a complimentary cleaning. So, this was very good service, but not extraordinary.
Everyone was polite and helpful! They explained what they were going to do, and afterwards, what they did.
George was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We worked with many used car dealers looking for a specific vehicle, but George was by far the nicest and most proactive salesman. We even had an issue with financing requiring us to wait an additional day and they allowed us to sign the paperwork and worked with us every step of the way. They run a tight ship there at Toyota of Easley and it showed!

Overall, my experience at the dealership was very good. I purchased a used vehicle and would give the sales staff five stars. They were efficient, did not pressure me, were very honest, and negotiated with me in good faith. The only downside was that I had to wait almost an hour for the finance staff to be ready for me to essentially “check out”. In fairness, they were working out a problem, transferring my license plate with the Georgia DMV, but I also think they were somewhat backed up. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase vehicle.

Went to Toyota of Easley last of 3 year maintenance on 2023 Tacoma a little more than 18,000 miles. Oil & maintenance notified wipers torn and cabin air filter needed replaced, bought at auto parts store and I changed them. Go back in 6 months.
