He lied to me other battery cost and said it was about the same as Walmart which was a lie. Said they also wouldn’t install a battery that has a push button start. Another lie. I was so upset because I’ve always trusted Toyota with my car. Not anymore.

Great experience buying a used Toyota RAV4. Our salesperson, George, was very accommodating as we were dealing with a family emergency in the middle of car shopping. He even offered to bring the car to us for vetting because we weren't able to get there for several days! This Toyota certified used RAV4 is a clean, beautiful car and buying process was quick and painless. Toyota of Easley have earned my business in the future.

Tacoma is a good car
Worked with Alex to create a custom modification plan for my 2015 Tundra. He worked with me every step of the way and made changes along the way to fit my needs as we got deeper into the design process. Never felt any pressure during the sales cycle and Alex was professional and responsive throughout. The truck turned out amazing! Couldn’t be happier!
Very smooth process to order new vehicle and arrange pickup. Regular communication was timely and accurate. Delivery day was well organized and efficient.

From start to finish JB and Isaac were extremely helpful, transparent, knowledgeable, and friendly. The process of buying a car through them was fast and easy. My RAV4 flashed the tire pressure light. I was in the area and stopped by the Service Dept. with NO appointment. They checked my tires and found a bolt in a tire. They patched it up and since I had purchased my tires from them, there was no charge! Excellent!
Customer service representatives were awesome. I showed up at my appointment and received prompt service right away. They representative that checked me in and checked me out was very polite and answered all my questions. She was great the tech that did the work on the car did a fantastic job thank you so much. We will be back for more servicing when the time comes.

I just purchased a 2022 Honda Pilot Trail Sport from George Hooper. He did a great job explaining everything and the process was painless.
Very courteous and professional associates. Had a recall part installed, oil change, general inspection and brake work done. Very happy with car’s performance on trip home. A lot of construction going on at facility, but they dealt with conditions very well.

Jim Cody was my service person and he did an outstanding job! I did not have an appointment because I had an issue with my car while driving that needed checking out. I arrived around 11am and I was willing to leave my car overnight, but somehow Jim had my car ready by mid afternoon.
