We bought a 2022 Toyota Highlander Platinum in September with 15,000 miles on it. We love it and get compliments on it from all who have ridden in it. Karl was a great salesman and answered all our questions. He was patient with me changing my choices when I saw another car I was interested in other than the one I had come to see. We would definitely recommend Toyota of Easley if you are looking to buy a used car!
Service was good but the wait for an oil change, tire rotation and a new battery was 2hrs and 25min after they took my truck back.

Today was great quick service. Was greeted promptly and out within a hour. Non important cosmetic items noticed were many of the chairs are cracked and could snag clothing or scratches children.
Easily the best new car buying experience we have ever had. Tucker Norris and Corey Arnold were able to get us the car we wanted and maintained great communication throughout the process. Always take my 2014 Highlander here to get serviced. Technicians are great, thorough, and quick. Prices in line with most other dealerships, which I certainly wish could be lower, but it is what it is.

Great customer service and overall experience. Purchased a 2023 Tundra. When I was presented with the vehicle after I purchased they only cleaned the outside. Inside was dirty. Also did not fill up the tank. Fist time ever buying a vehicle and it was not a full tank.

What started out as less than stellar ended as well as could be hoped for. Ian Mack, in the Service Dept, listened to our concerns and seemed to understand our frustration. Although the decision was made to have the job finished elsewhere due to travel-time constraints, Ian proposed and fulfilled a solution that was agreeable to all involved. We have used Toyota of Easley for many years despite the long drive that we could avoid by using the much closer dealership. The online system to set appointments is absolutely terrible and worthless. It sets the appointment online at a time where their technicians will not have time to To fix the problem. Luckily I called to confirm my appointment and they were able to work me in so that I could get the service completed that I needed.

I have no complaints about the service, but I do have a question. Why did the technician decide to switch from regular oil to mobil1 synthetic oil at 124,500 miles? There may be a good reason. Would have been nice if I had been told the reason for the switch.
