My first experience there could not have been better. They greeted me with friendly words, and I was able to pull my truck right in. After check in, I asked if I could get a courtesy ride to the nearby bank and also grab a lunch. The very nice gentlemen were right on it while they took care of business servicing my vehicle. I went to Toyota of Easley, and was helped by Kai. Very friendly and not pushy. He helped me with the details of the vehicle I chose, and walked me through the process. When his part was finished, I was greeted by Walker, the financial guy. He gave me several options, and let me direct how I wanted to proceed. The entire process had no pressure, but both gentlemen were attentive to my questions and concerns. Not my first time doing business there, and won't be my last.

Kai was as usual amazing and efficient. The car was for my daughter and he treated her with the utmost respect and kindness.

Kyle was absolutely wonderful to work with. I was purchasing a car sight unseen and he went over every single detail with me, kindly and patiently answering all of my questions. I began the process on the phone with JB. We then worked via phone, text messages and email on locating the RAV4 that we wanted to purchase. It arrived on Wednesday and JB kindly delivered to us in person to make it easier for us because of all we had going on. He helped me set up the things we needed to do to get the car going. We will probably be doing more later but at least it is a start. Very responsive to my requests.

Used your website for the first time to schedule my maintenance appointment and it was easy. Did not have to wait to check in and waited in your specify area which is very comfortable. Absolutely love getting my oil changed at Toyota of Easley. They are always prompt with your appointment time, and don't leave tools in the engine bay or overfill by a whole quart like Take 5. They might want to take ten and do it right.
