They were great. They did what they said they would and in a timely manner. The only hiccup was that they didn’t communicate with the transport guy and he didn’t know to call me before coming to pick me up.

This was a recall repair service. The repair shop kept me up to date when the part was due in and promptly set up an appointment. The entire staff is always courteous and welcoming. Exceptionally clean environment.
After the last service, the oil filter was improperly tightened, causing a leak that stained the garage floor, so I had to bring it back to have it fixed.
Jim did a fantastic job. Thank you for getting my car in and out in a timely fashion!

First, I love my RAV4 and the clerk was great but I had a few small issues. They said I’d have to schedule another appointment to address issues that weren’t related to routine maintenance. Who has time for that? Clerk suggested and I agreed that since they are minor, I will schedule as a part of my next visit.

I showed up around 1:00, asked for a quote for Brakes and Rotors on my Tundra, price was reasonable so I asked them to fix it ASAP. All done and ready by 5pm same day! Jacinda was a pleasure to deal with. I will be back.

i appreciate the professional demeanor and approach. the only reason i did not give 5 stars was that there were some other issues the vehicle had that needed to be corrected, and they could not be handled by the 'express team' in a timely manner, so i had to schedule a longer, additional appointment at another time. not to be able to get all issues handled in 1 visit was a little frustrating.

Since we live in Myrtle Beach, Chaz filmed and sent us a video of the interior and exterior of the car. His communication and follow-up were excellent right up until he handed us off to the Finance Department. This is a trusted and respected dealership and I have found their staff to be very engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly. The sales staff were very helpful in explaining the features, options, and technology. The finance manager was really good explaining the documentation process, warrantee, and extended warrantees available.

Kyle is amazing, Ive been now to sales 3 different times and every time hes the one approaching me seeing whats up, I like that hes not pushy at all, he will tell you straight from the beginning if he has something or doesnt thats in your range. He isnt there to just push people into cars they won't like he makes sure you actually will like the car you get into. Me along with 3 of my family members have all bought from Toyota and will likely be back to buy another if we need to.

Got my Tundra Truck here 20 plus years ago and its been "Awesome" . Also had few of thier " Camrys " < Comfortable,Reliable Wonderful ! Toyota knows Hybrids better than anyone.
