I had a wonderful experience with Toyota of Easley. My car was due for it's 10k miles check up. The staff was amazing, especially Gabby. The nicest thing was the valet service dropping me off and picking me back up when the car was ready. Five stars + great people.

I was ignored by my service advisor, Jarred, when I dropped my vehicle off. I blew it off because it appeared as if he was very busy, so he asked someone else to check me in for my scheduled appointment. However, when I returned to pick up my vehicle I approached Jarred’s desk. He immediately asked me to wait. And I did for about 10-15 minutes and no one else offered to help me. My service advisor, Jarred, asked the group of service advisors sitting at the desks to his left if anyone could please help me. Instead, this group of advisors continued to laugh and cut up as if they were a bunch of middle schoolers. After about 5 minutes, one of the girls in the group finally helped me check out and told Jarred that I was his customer, that is the second time he had to be told that today. He quickly got up and got my vehicle from the back lot and brought it into the service center. After parking my truck, he never once addressed me to give me my keys, tell me the truck was ready for me or anything. Needless to say, while the buildings are larger and service is much quicker, the customer service absolutely stinks. I’m not sure if the issue is that they are too busy or that they are lazy. Either way, I will be going elsewhere to have my vehicle serviced in the future.
