I came in for regular service and had a bad tire. Would not replace. Tire. Said it wasn’t under warranty but I bought the tires there at Toyota and was told at time of purchase that they were lifetime guaranteed. The best Michelin defender 2 that you can buy. But nobody wanted to help. I left with the bad tire on my car. I left crying I was so upset!!!

Did not do a complete inspection of my vehicle, I left with a light on my dash, psi on all my tires were low and did not get a report or progress report. Really disappointed this time.

Was told I had to wait hours for my car to even be diagnosed, even though I made an apt. Was told there were several “big jobs” they had to do before they could even look at my car. I decided to leave. Asked them to bring my car to the front, so I could leave. Once I reached the hwy, I noticed my hood was not latched and kept blowing up, which really scared me that I wouldn’t be able to see if my hood came all the way up and block my line of sight of the road. Spoke to the service manager, it sounded like excuse after excuse. He made it out like I should know how every business is run. I was not happy whatsoever with this customer service and lack of safety procedures I received on this day.

Alex Lopez helped me with the purchase of a premium trailer hitch for my Highlander and an appointment for instillation . When I brought my vehicle up for the instillation Alex took care of that as well as a warranty oil change and a factory recall all on the same day. Alex also provided me with a very nice vehicle while mine was being serviced. This was great service from the Easley team.

Great service department! Very thorough, never had a problem with anything they have done. I have a 2018 Highlander (I bought there in 2018) and I have never had it serviced anywhere else. Everyone is professional and courteous!

Best place to buy a used car and Chaz is the one to ask for! I drove from Greer to test drive an SUV I saw on their website. I wasn't thrilled with the vehicle like I thought I would be , but desperately needed a used dependable ride as Im getting older! Chaz picked up on my disappointment, offered up test drives in a similar SUV, and still noticing I was resigning myself to something I really didn't love, excused himself and came back with a top of the line, perfect vehicle for me to test drive. It was just what I wanted but didn't realize, but he knew!! Bought it after our test drive and have been extremely happy with it!! Now I can go on trips with no worries because their service department had gone over the vehicle and made sure it was top shape! Great bunch of people there, Get off the Motor Mile in gville and go to Toyota of Easley !!! Great selection ( I didn't buy a Toyota! ) and super easy to work with
