Had to bring my Camry back because the parts replacer didn’t finish the job. Couldn’t get Jim to answer my call till I had made several attempts. Parts replacer took my car back three times to get it correct . They should take pride in their work.

Excellent except the service took longer than estimated. Everyone was very courteous and professional ,would definitely recommend and will return for our next service.

I went to Toyota of Easley because my car was totaled in an accident and I needed a car. Obviously, I had 15 things going on all at the same time and I was stressed out. When I walked up to the dealership, I hadn’t made it but a few steps before a gentleman asked how he could help me, and took me right to RJ. RJ was extremely kind and helpful, and never made me feel pressured throughout the process. The gentleman in finance, Endy, was also extremely friendly and helpful. Like I said, I have been under so much stress lately, but everyone at Toyota of Easley made the process stress free and I felt so much lighter by the time I left. Service was quick and easy. Then Corey Arnold’s help with Apple CarPlay and our smart key we didn’t know we have was over the top awesome. He was so knowledgeable, professional but friendly and so willing to give us all the time we needed. Super employee and Toyota should be very nice to him! He’s a keeper!
