All of our interactions with everyone at the dealership were pleasant experiences. Our salesman was Chaz Bares and he was exceptional. Since we live in Myrtle Beach, Chaz filmed and sent us a video of the interior and exterior of the car. His communication and follow-up were excellent right up until he handed us off to the Finance Department. And Endy Gamboa who did all of our finance paperwork was very personable and efficient and had my wife and I on our way in no time. I would confidently recommend Toyota of Easley to others!

The service department was very helpful and serviced my car without an appointment. They were very efficient and provided great customer service.

Overall, my experience was fair. The price of the vehicle was comparable to what I found in the area, although the out-the-door price ended up being slightly higher than I anticipated. I have excellent credit, as does my wife, so I was surprised that the dealership only had one financing option available to us, at 10% interest for the pre-owned vehicle. The KBB value for the exact same vehicle was also about $2,000 lower than the price we paid. They did not accept my original offer but came back with a counteroffer, which we ultimately accepted. The overall experience wasn't bad, but I wouldn't necessarily consider it a great deal based on the price and financing rate. My opinion may change depending on how the vehicle performs and how the dealership handles things over the next few days. For now, I'd rate the experience as fair. I'll update my review after I've had the vehicle for a little while.

The staff were super nice, and even with the lounge being renovated they had a nice place where I waited for my car to be ready. I also felt like I didn’t wait too long for my car to be ready.

This is a trusted and respected dealership and I have found their staff to be very engaging, knowledgeable, and friendly. The sales staff were very helpful in explaining the features, options, and technology. The finance manager was really good explaining the documentation process, warrantee, and extended warrantees available.

I’ve been coming here multiple times a year for a couple years and Jacinda is so helpful and kind every time. Caitlyn and Kevin have been awesome also!! I will keep bringing my car back again and again for service like this. 🩷
