Service was quick and easy. Then Corey Arnold’s help with Apple CarPlay and our smart key we didn’t know we have was over the top awesome. He was so knowledgeable, professional but friendly and so willing to give us all the time we needed. Super employee and Toyota should be very nice to him! He’s a keeper!

I did not purchase my 2025 Tundra from Toyota of Easley, but I get it serviced there. They do a great job servicing the truck in a timely manner, the drop off and pick up are smooth and efficient, the employees are professional and courteous, and the facility is very clean. There is plenty of room to find a place to work while waiting if needed, too.

We enjoyed working with our dealer and he did an excellent job showing the vehicle. The problem we had was with the length we had to wait to get to get our vehicle from the retailers. We watched a couple of buyers come in after us and leave before us. We waited over an hour to get our car after signing and when we finally got it there were visible streaks on the windows especially on the windshield causing visibility issues and there was patches of spots of dirt missed along with dirt streaks where the water ran down the sides. When I showed my friends Y new truck the pointed out the detailing flaws and it embarrassed my wife and I.

Recently purchased a new Toyota Tacoma. Our sales person Michael Abbott was great to work with and made the experience smooth and professional. The car was delivered very timely with no problems. I felt everyone I had interaction with at the dealership was friendly and courteous. Thank you for your great work!

My 2023 Crown unavoidably ran over a truck tire tread on I-85 not far from Easley and sustained considerable damage to the underside of the car (no body damage). Toyota of Easley was able to thoroughly assess damage and order all the necessary panels/parts, work with USAA insurance, and professionally complete repairs in less than a week. Communicating with Tristan was a pleasure because he did everything necessary to get the job done and kept me informed in a timely manner. Thanks for doing a great job quickly.
