i appreciate the professional demeanor and approach. the only reason i did not give 5 stars was that there were some other issues the vehicle had that needed to be corrected, and they could not be handled by the 'express team' in a timely manner, so i had to schedule a longer, additional appointment at another time. not to be able to get all issues handled in 1 visit was a little frustrating.

Since we live in Myrtle Beach, Chaz filmed and sent us a video of the interior and exterior of the car. His communication and follow-up were excellent right up until he handed us off to the Finance Department.
